For sale is a tourist complex in the center of Geopark Karavanke.

The complex is located near Prevalje, not far from the tourist village Šentanel and not far from the border with Austria. It is located by the road Poljana-Šentanel and the regional road Dravograd-Holmec.

The complex is easily accessible. The guesthouse is heated on wooden chips. The facility has its own water catchment. The sanitary water heats the heat pump.

The other building, the hotel with wellness was renovated in 2012. The building has 4 floors, measuring 523 m2. It consists of 13 comfortable apartments with private bathrooms. They come in the size of 16.2 m2 to 44.5 m2. All apartments are equipped with a TV and writing desks. Some have exits to the balcony. In the basement, there is bright wellness with exit to the green yard. The room includes a jacuzzi, a bathroom, and a Finnish sauna. It offers a lot of privacy.

The complex also comes with 6000 m2 of forest and meadows. 

The complex is interesting for the purchase, as there is a shortage of accommodation in Carinthia, also for the revitalization of the tourist offer and for the continuation of catering activities. There is also a shortage of apartments for rent, so you could immediately rent most apartments.

The complex as an investment is also interesting because of the proximity of Prevalje, Šentanel, and the Austrian border, as it is very easy to reach, but nevertheless distanced to provide privacy.

The surrounding area offers an array of recreation options and leisure time activities of Peca, underground Peca in the vicinity are tourist eco-farms with traditional Carinthian cuisine in Jamnica. Also numerous bicycle and hiking trails.
